We provide the list of web resources on this page as a courtesy for our customers. We cannot recommend one particular conslutant over another.

You may recognize some of the names as MCN employees; however, all work done by them in this capacity is done under private contract. MCN cannot be held responsible for issues raised by their work in this capacity and we respectfully ask that you not contact them during their work hours at MCN to discuss the design of your web pages or similar matters more appropriately handled by your private relationship with this person. Doing so may risk the job of the person in question.

We encourage you to shop and compare price and service by contacting the designers and previewing their sites.

If you have questions or urgent needs for a particular website hosted by MCN, in emergency cases, call the MCN office at (707) 937-1444. MCN reserves the right to charge for website services rendered. ALL customers are required to keep current backup copies of their websites. Although MCN makes daily backups of websites, MCN is not responsible for lost files, or lost data.

MCN offers one hour of free technical support by in-house technical support staff for all users. Occasional questions regarding your account are normally answered free of charge as are any issues related to problems with MCN systems. Any subsequent in-house technical support on the phone, by MCN Staff, which extends beyond this will be billed to the customer’s account at the rate of $1.00/minute and is done at the discretion of the MCN staff. Customers will be notified when billable service is required.

Technical support regarding installation/configuration is available from the following list of installers. Prices vary broadly by expertise. Be sure to negotiate your personal arrangement with each computer support person before you attempt to describe your problem to one of the Independent Consultants listed below. Consultants appear on this page by request.
